Relax on the pine and palm fringed terrace of the 2014 built house. From here you have a wide view over the adjacent lake, as well as the fairways.
Your newly furnished house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead to the half-covered terrace. which is protected by a “screen” of mosquitoes. Here you can also relax in the whirlpool or loungers, or pursue your BBQ passion.

The master suite will spoil you with a king size bed, Smart TV, the bathroom and the walk-in closet is “en suite”. In the large bathroom, the bathtub and the large open shower promises a lot of bathing fun. The vanity with double sink creates a lot of space.
The toilet is separated by a door.

Two other bedrooms on the other side of the house are furnished with queen size beds, TV (Smart TV) and fitted wardrobe. These share the central second bathroom with a shower / tub combination, sink and toilet.

In the office is the large desk with telephone and router.
There you can leave your bags and travel utensils without restricting your living space.

The centerpiece of the house is the living room with large curved flat screen, island with 3 bar stools, elevated dining table for 6 people and the fully equipped, luxurious kitchen with granite work surfaces.

Your house is fully air conditioned and spoils you with pleasant and filtered air.

The golf club house is just a few steps from your door. Magnolia Landing offers members and non-members the opportunity to book tee times and entices with a challenging golfing experience within a private country club.
In the resort-like club complex is located at the main gate of Magnolia Landing, the outdoor pool with many sunny loungers. Next to it is the fitness center with gym and toilets.

Magnolia Landing is a pleasant quiet residential area with gated communities, along Highway 41, providing quick access to Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, the airports and everything the area has to offer.
